Payment Requirement
Upon registration, an invoice is automatically issued. Please note that your registration is binding, whether or not payment has yet been made, and is subject to our Cancellation Policy below.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@upsi-bvs.be no later than one week before the event. After this date, the full invoice amount remains due, regardless of payment status. A registered participant may, however, be replaced by another person from the same organization at no additional cost.
- By registering, you acknowledge that pictures of attendees may be taken during the event and could be used in digital tools and publications referring to the event.
